Robotic Process Automation Engineer

will develop and support the RPA program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and manage automation projects. They will work closely with leadership, IT, and business experts to develop, test, and monitor automated workflows, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with audit requirements. This role includes managing RPA requests, evaluating submissions, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies, systems, and regulatory controls. Additionally, the engineer will focus on continuous improvement to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a remote position based out of Cincinnati. Hours are standard business hours but can flex based on projects.

What Sets You Up For Success

• A bachelor's degree preferred
• Life Insurance Industry experience and/or work experience a plus
• Project management experience a plus
• Hands on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as Power Automate, WinAutomation, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc. Power Automate Desktop skills are highly preferred
• Able to design technical specification documents
• Understanding of workflow-based logic
• Strong time management and attention to detail skills
• Basic programming knowledge or scripting knowledge is a plus
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
