What Sets You Up For Success
- A bachelor's degree preferred
- Life Insurance Industry experience and/or work experience a plus
- Project management experience a plus
- Hands on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as Power Automate, WinAutomation, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc. Power Automate Desktop skills are highly preferred
- Able to design technical specification documents
- Understanding of workflow-based logic
- Strong time management and attention to detail skills
- Basic programming knowledge or scripting knowledge is a plus
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
