Constellation Search Group is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Specialist for a full-time direct hire position. The Aftermarket Parts Specialist directly supports both customers and the sales team processing incoming sales orders. The parts specialist plays a key role in organization success and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with exceptional customer service skills who has experience working with order processing and inventory management in a manufacturing environment. You'll work onsite in Sussex, WI

Responsibilities:
- Utilize basic computer programs and answer customer phone calls
- Respond to customer parts needs though the processing of sales orders
- Partner with sales and service teams to facilitate customers' parts orders
- Work across departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely with required documentation
- Prepare Weekly / Monthly Reports as necessary
- Manage inventory, returns and warranties
- 3 years' experience as a Parts Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM Systems nice to have
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift light to medium weight objects and pull parts from shelves, some bending, stooping, and reaching required
