Title: Software Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC *( Hybrid)
Compensation: $95,000 to $105,000, bonus, benefits
Type: Direct
Constellation Search Group is seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using C#, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for building scalable web applications, and experience working in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to design and implement user-friendly features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Work in an Agile development environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development with C#.
- 1 years of experience with JavaScript / Typescript.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Relational databases
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Experience designing and building backend infrastructures preferred
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
