CSEngineering is hiring a Service Delivery Director to join our growing team and oversee all government programs within the organization to ensure the overall success of the service delivery! The person is responsible for all aspects of the program including contract compliance, is properly trained and fully staffed, adheres to all reporting, and is the main POC for the client. The Director of Service Delivery has a leadership role in managing all the projects with the company adhering to the company's Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This position is a member of the senior management team.

The Director also serves as the primary escalation point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. The Director supervises program/project operations by developing and enforcing procedures and shaping and executing strategies to exceed customer technical requirements. She/he manages the acquisition and deployment of program/project resources and performs coaching and mentoring of all Project Managers and other staff across the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, oversee, and manage the life cycle of a project from kick-off to closeout.
  • Responses to inquiries from the government, and teaming requests from partners.
  • Maintain a staff with a high degree of knowledge and capability in the development and execution of the Life Cycle of the Program.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the project management within the company.
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance the competitive edge and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the company's reputation, quality, or efficiency.
  • Mentor project managers to increase organic growth within their projects.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity, and accountability across the Service Delivery organization.
  • Communicate the importance of CPAR ratings to project managers and how to increase the annual scores.
  • Responsible for effective communication within the organization and with the client.
  • Coordinate with support functions to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to support the project.
  • Participate in Leadership and Executive management decision-making and corporate management.
  • Participate responsibly in annual planning, as well as opportunity planning and pipeline review sessions; bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the company.

  • Maintain key relationships with all CSE customers.
  • Work towards organic growth on programs
  • Ensure all key deliverables are submitted on time and of high quality. Ensure all programs are compliant with the awarded contract
  • Mentoring/Training of Project Managers
  • Keep the employees motivated on the contracts and ensure they are performing as per contractual requirements
  • Ensure Monthly project management review with PMs, employees and customers
  • Responsible for the financial health of all projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Business Management, or related field.
  • Must have 8-10 years of experience in Government Contracting, including a minimum of 5 years in a corporate delivery manager role, with demonstrated expertise in managing contracts, writing proposals, and related responsibilities.
  • Additional education or training in management, or related desirable.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Well-developed management and business skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal Government acquisition processes and principles.
  • Outstanding cross-functional management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
