What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst Programmer - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED position at Constellation Technologies, Inc?
R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB, Programming with data analysis software.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
\n- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, etc.) Secondary degrees count for additional years of experience.
- Must have at least five (05) years of experience analyzing datasets and developing analytics.
- Experience programming with data analysis software.
- Experience in software development, analyzing datasets.
- Experience developing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Experience programming with data analysis software such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB.
- Experience parsing through big data to perform anomaly detection
- Ability to identify false positives in large data sets, creating tradecraft and data optimization.
- Python experience.
- Understanding of data flow.
