Required:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
- Minimum of three (03) to five (05) years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Cyber or SIGINT focus
- Bachelor’s Degree (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing readiness assessments experience may be substituted for education requirement).
- Experience in tracking and reporting readiness.
- Experience leading working groups.
- Understand existing readiness doctrine, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters and makes recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts.
- Possess thorough understanding of manpower, training, and assessment policies that impact readiness.
- Develop content for Combatant Command-level and Department-level readiness reports
- Develop briefings for a wide range of military and government audiences at various military ranks and civilian levels, including senior audiences.
- Lead working groups to collect data, generate briefings, reports, and other deliverables
- Experience in coordinating across combatant commands and externally with mission partners
- Provide expert support, analysis, and research into complex force-wide problems and processes relating to individual member readiness, collective unit readiness, training, assessment, and workforce issues
- Develop approaches to problems and craft solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational objectives.
- Brief Senior personnel
- Experience using Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- CompTIA Security
