Communications Specialist

Job Description : Management Analyst - Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) systems, drive process improvement initiatives, and improve internal and external communications. Analyze business processes and recommend methods to improve operational efficiency. Focus on supporting communications and process improvement initiatives related to DHS programs, ensuring effective collaboration between management, stakeholders, and clients.

Security Clearance : Secret

Years Experience : 5 or more years of experience in the following responsibilities and tasks.

Job Overview :

• Analyze and assess DHS customer relationship management processes and communication flows to devise more efficient methods of engaging with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies that enhance customer engagement, streamline communications, and optimize operational workflows.
• Collect and analyze data related to current operating procedures, customer service metrics, and communication effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop process documentation, procedural guides, and communication strategies to support continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
