CWest is HIRING MULTIPLE TS/SCI Junior & Mid Data Scientists & Architects, Data Engineering Coordinators, Developers, Integration Engineers, and Tech Writers
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Current, Active DoD Top Secret clearance, with eligibility for immediate read into SCI
- Ability to work onsite at Offutt, AFB (Omaha, NE)
DATA ENGINEERING COORDINATOR:
- 1-4 YoE relevant Federal/Defense industry data pipeline development, integration, governance, cross-functional coordination, tool oversight and performance monitoring
- Minimum Bachelors' degree in a relevant STEM discipline
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, high-speed data pipelines that support AI-driven analytics and cybersecurity threat detection.
Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless data exchange between AI models, cloud architectures, and classified defense networks.
Ensure data handling, storage, and transmission adhere to DoD cybersecurity policies (e.g., NIST, RMF, Zero Trust) and classified data regulations.
Act as the bridge between data engineers, AI specialists, cybersecurity analysts, and operational leaders to align data strategies with mission priorities.
Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of data engineering tools, including cloud-based platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure for DoD), distributed computing frameworks, and ETL solutions.
Establish metrics, monitoring frameworks, and feedback loops to refine data workflows and enhance real-time decision-making capabilities.
