The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for analyzing data center market trends, technology, and operations and developing recommendations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business development. This role involves data analytics, defining and tracking key metrics, and providing data-driven insights and market intelligence regarding data centers and the broader data economy. The Data Analytics Manager will report directly to the Director, Data Economy Strategy and will play a critical role in supporting Constellation's corporate strategy and advancing our strategic growth initiatives.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Analyze data center operations, technology, and market trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business development.
- Define and track key metrics to understand data center operations and market trends, including metrics related to financials and cost, transactions, construction and development, energy usage, technology, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and share insights with key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain market analyses, data sets, dashboards, and reports to monitor and communicate market trends to senior leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in data centers and the broader data economy.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in finance, data analytics, technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a solid understanding of applied and financial math concepts.
- Strong knowledge or demonstrated interest in market trends, technology, and operations of data centers and the broader data economy.
- Intellectual curiosity, ability to think creatively, and manage projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information in a clear and concise manner, convey complex ideas, influence stakeholders and colleagues, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing and dynamic industry landscape.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, navigate through ambiguity, and make well-informed decisions without complete information.
