This engineering role can be filled at Senior Engineer or a Sr. Staff Engineer level.

**Position Overview**
Perform advanced engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations.
Responsible for technical decisions, possessing superior knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application.
Functions with recognized industry-level of expertise in a technical area.
**Key Responsibilities**
Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of technical projects.
Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering activities related to plant safety, reliability, maintainability, and availability.
Ensure compliance to customer's needs, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work, ensuring proper configuration management.
Assure that standard design criteria, practices and codes are used in preparation of plans and specifications.
**Requirements**
Senior E03 Engineer:
B.S. in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer and 5 years engineering experience.
Senior Staff E04 Engineer:
B.S. in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer and 8-10 years of engineering experience with 5 years of Power Plant, Industrial, or Manufacturing experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Solid performance rating for the last 2 years, meets all Engineer 2 and 3 criteria.
Recognized fleet or industry expert in knowledge and skill area.
Registered structural or professional engineer.
Masters or PhD in engineering or physical science related to knowledge and skills area.
