Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Power Plant Technology, Engineering Technology, or Electronics, or HS Diploma with 18 months of trade or technical training in Power Plant Technology.
- Electrical background and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Good oral and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and understanding of power plant prints.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- The incumbent must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization and have good knowledge of PLC's, Ovation, and GE Mark 6 Digital Controls Systems.
- The position requires working in a power plant environment that includes climbing and walking long distances.
