Position Summary
Centerra is looking for Fire Prevention Safety Inspector in Marietta, GA
Under general supervision perform the duties of Fire Inspector consistent with the policies and practices established by the Department of Defense, the United States Air Force, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), NAS 3306 and Prime Contractor for performance under the CCSFS FEMS Contract.

Work is performed primarily in an office, but can include: outdoor settings in all weather conditions including temperature extremes during both day and night. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and can be loud during training evolution or at an emergency scene.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and installation of portable extinguishers, may assist with fire prevention safety inspection.
- Conducts an information program to elicit support and involvement in fire prevention.
- Develops and maintains a variety of documentation and fire extinguisher electronic database.
- Track and log extinguisher information.
- Daily inspection, placement and replacement of fire extinguishers.
- Support various events and functions.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a valid Georgia State driver's license.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Employee must successfully complete annual physical and pass random drug test.
