Job Overview
At Constellis, we are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Technician to be part of our facilities team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and safety of our grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and cleaning the grounds daily
- Performing grounds maintenance assignments, such as bush/tree trimming or removal, edging, weed eating, painting, sign and fence maintenance, mulching and miscellaneous grounds repairs
- Repairing roadways to include smoothing non-paved surfaces and filling potholes
- Assisting with maintaining the shop and storage areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition
- Reporting any unsafe conditions to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
