- Provide technical ownership of manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Review equipment performance over the last 24 hours and identify any issues or future jobs.
- Prepare job plans for upcoming down days.
- Plan for future upgrades/outages.
- Assist with equipment issues.
- Improve equipment electrical and automation systems performance and reliability through planned projects.
- Develop long-term solutions and mitigation plans for the most impactful root causes of equipment breakdowns.
- Provide troubleshooting support during equipment breakdowns.
- Prepare detailed plans utilizing scheduling and project management principles for major equipment outages.
- Provide technical support for continuous improvement projects as part of a cross-functional team.
