Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; extensive experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. A minimum of 10 years of experience in melt and casting operations is necessary.
Knowledge of metal procurement, charge planning, and execution is required. Continuous improvement/Lean training is strongly preferred, as is knowledge of sales, supply chain, and operational interface with metal procurement. Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment is essential.
