What You’ll Do as a Team Member:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance policies
- Clearly explain coverage options and benefits
- Communicate effectively by phone and in-person with customers and team members
- Provide prompt, accurate, and helpful service every time
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Confidence in reviewing customer needs and helping with renewals
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn
Compensation: Hourly Pay Commission
