Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage claims adjusters and related personnel.
- Lead the facilitation and resolution of complex auto claims.
- Ensure all claims comply with insurance program guidelines and company policies.
- Review, analyze, and approve claims for accuracy, efficiency, and resolution.
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development for team members.
- Monitor claims workflows to ensure prompt processing and address any delays.
- Maintain accurate and updated claims documentation and records.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience handling complex, high-exposure auto claims in Texas.
- Proven experience managing attorney-represented claims.
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and execute within assigned authority.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with claims management and general office software.

Salary : $75,000 - $89,000
