Job Overview
We are a construction company seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone systems
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Utilize in-house software for basic accounting tasks and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Manage social mdeia posts, marketing campaigns and tasks
- Assist with tradeshows and exhibitions
- Perfom tasks relating to pemitting and expiditing of paperwork
- Establish contact with interior designers, property managers, bank and insurance owned properties
- Other tasks, as will be discussed at the in person interview

Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with the construction field is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
