Architect

The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative and sustainable spaces, as well as a strong understanding of construction management. The successful Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality designs that meet the needs of our business, including residential and commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

- Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.

- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

- Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

- Licensed Architect (or working towards licensure) preferred.

- 5 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $70,000-90,000 based upon experience.
