YOU MUST BE an Experienced Construction Project Superintendent
YOU MUST HAVE Data Center experience
Job Location is in the Charleston, SC area
YOU MUST BE OK WORKING THE 3RD SHIFT role (NIGHTS)
Summary :
- The Superintendent is responsible for running the day-to-day operations on the construction site and controlling both the short-term and long-term schedule.
- The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project safely, cleanly, securely, on schedule and within budget.
- This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
- The Superintendent also maintains the job site office and closes out projects

Education / Experience :
Math Ability :
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as algebra, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Required Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to read blue prints / specification and effectively use the following computer programs within a reasonable amount of time :
