Financial Management
- Team Management: Plan headcount and composition of the financial team; hire and develop team members.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Forecast short- and medium-term cash flow (13 weeks to 13 months).
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee financial operations including cash management, payroll, billing, accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), job costing, and insurance.
- Monthly Closures: Conduct monthly WIP reviews, prepare financial packages for leadership, and ensure FP&A databases are accurate.
- Compliance: Meet payroll, tax, and other compliance requirements.
- Internal Controls: Maintain and evolve controls to safeguard assets, document policies, and oversee contract compliance.
- Insurance Management: Assist with renewals, audits, and policy administration.
- Profitability Analysis: Report and analyze job profitability and cash flow; perform ad hoc analysis.
- Collaboration: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including banks, vendors, and auditors.
- Software Optimization: Optimize the use of financial software like Viewpoint Pro Contractor.
Corporate Financial Management
- Oversee approval and processing of revenue, expenditures, payroll, and budgets.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and analyses.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify variances and provide forecasts.
- Lead budget preparation and strategic financial modeling.

Accounting Operations & Systems
- Manage accounting functions including A/P, A/R, payroll, and job costing.
- Improve system integration and reporting efficiency.
Operational Efficiency

Cash Management & Job Cost Oversight

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven leadership in managing accounting functions and relationships with financial partners.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
