  • PX or Senior PM Background Required ( HAVE MANAGED MULTIPLE ESTIMATORS or PM'S )

    • RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR SOUTHEEAST USA CANDIDATES AVAILABLE

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Construction Project Excellence for multiple $30M or larger projects . Your primary goal will be 100% customer satisfaction.

    TERRITORY : Southeast USA

    Responsibilities

    • Manage 8 PM's / Estimators
    • Produce construction project forecasting reports and strategy
    • Oversee and evaluate day-to-day building schedules
    • Present efficiency recommendations to the CEO
