Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers, estimators, and field teams
- Maintain and organize project files, schedules, and documentation
- Assist with preparing bid packages, contracts, and submittals
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Handle data entry, invoice tracking, and office organization
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a construction office is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
