Korpi Lawn & Landscape is seeking a highly motivated Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the installation and management of high-quality landscape projects, ensuring they meet our company's exceptional standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all crew activities on the job site, prioritizing safety and efficiency
- Lead and train a crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to guarantee project satisfaction
- Track and record project expenses and crew hours meticulously
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Operate medium-weight equipment skillfully
- Possess a strong understanding of various plants, including turf, perennials, shrubs, and trees
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in landscape construction or related field
- Class A CDL with a health endorsement and clean driving record (obtainable within 3 months)
- Proficiency in operating medium-weight equipment
- Ability to obtain an infield certification within 1 year (optional)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multi-manage effectively
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including long hours during peak seasons (March-November) and on-call winter snow removal
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in various weather conditions
