Construction Force Services, NY's TriState Area's leader in providing skilled labor to contractors, has a plumbing & heating client in search of a full-time Project Manager - This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to diligently and faithfully perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to them, including but not limited to -
- Daily EOD (End Of Day) emails, summary of progress per project, next day look-ahead
- Ensuring timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties
- Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses
- Prepare submittal based upon specs / drawings
- Ensure staff on site are meeting safety / OSHA regs / PPE equipment onsite
- Logging work hours accurately & honestly
- The ability to write up change orders for ongoing projects to Company standards
- Taking care of and properly using all Company equipment
- Using only the designated business email for all work-related communications
- You will manage both internal and external risks within the project's lifetime
- And must have the desire to learn and grow with the Company and take on any training that the job may require
The right Candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Project Management experience working within the plumbing, fire sprinkler & HVAC trades. Unions & MTA experience preferred, as is using Procore and other computer-based tools. This position is 75% remote / 25% at HQ. Salary range is $100 - 150k annually and is a 30-day temp-to-permanent position. Immediate start.
