Senior Construction Project Leader
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Leader in the construction field to effectively guide projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves on-site leadership, ensuring safety, driving financial success, and developing team capabilities while promoting a collaborative environment with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers.
- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to create comprehensive site logistics plans.
- Gain a thorough understanding of contract obligations and requirements.
- Oversee financial aspects by managing the pay request process and tracking project costs.
- Direct quality assurance and safety programs for the project.
- Select and approve materials, equipment, and forming systems necessary for project execution.
- Support the estimation team in the bidding process for new projects.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise project close-out tasks.
- Mentor and train project staff to cultivate a team focused on high performance.
