Project Manager – Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for on-site leadership, safety, financial performance, and team development while ensuring strong collaboration with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
- Partner with the Project Superintendent to develop site logistics plans.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of contract requirements.
- Oversee the pay request process and monitor project costs.
- Lead project quality assurance and safety programs.
- Review and approve material, equipment, and forming system needs.
- Assist in bidding projects with the Estimating team.
- Develop, schedule, and oversee project close-out processes.
- Train and mentor project staff, fostering a high-performance team.
