Jay Shapiro & Associates, Inc. is a family owned and operated business with a long-standing reputation for providing quality products and services. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and has a strong work ethic to serve as a Construction Management Representative for a new dormitory project at Acadia National Park.
Job Requirements :
Experience on projects with the following scope : New construction and Site Work.
The CMR shall possess the following qualifications :
Education and professional qualifications related to construction, architecture and engineering
5 years construction management experience.
Experience proving similar services for similar projects.
Demonstrated ability to prepare draft modifications, independent government estimates, daily reports, responses to requests for information, process submittals, prepare field observation reports and conduct progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Familiarity with the use of Project Management software programs.
Prefer candidates familiar with Federal, NPS, and / or Denver Service Center (DSC) policies, procedures and workflows will be rated more favorably.
