Construction Materials Branch Manager
Construction Materials Group, Inc., a source for all concrete construction related materials, tools and equipment, is seeking a full-time Branch Manager to join our Summerville, SC team.
We have an immediate need for a hard working, career-oriented individual to drive sales and manage retail operations. Position will lead sales team and develop and execute strategies to grow market share, manage retail storefront, operations and deliveries.

EXPERIENCE:
- Leadership experience in construction material sales desired, but not required.
- Experience leading a sales team and developing sales and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with construction practices and bid processes desired.
- Logistics and Supply Chain experience helpful.
- Prefer candidates who are technically competent and mechanically inclined with excellent problem solving, analytical, IT and managerial skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must be well-organized with efficient time management skills in order to handle a dynamic workload.
