3D Trimble Technician Advisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Grading Model Technician experienced in 3D model creation, specifically with experience with Trimble Grade Control and Trimble Business Center software. Also, experience with grading quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform equipment installations, daily setups, and data collection.
• Communicate results effectively to operators and Superintendents.
• Manage and maintain equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with contractors and agencies to review models, address design flaws, and facilitate acceptance.
• Process data and prepare models for project use.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support project objectives.
• Utilize and work proficiently with Trimble systems.
• Train users on equipment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team goals.

Skills .

• Experience with Trimble machine guidance systems, total stations, and GPS rovers.
• Ability to follow all safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and building a positive work environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and the ability to manage stress effectively.
• Capable of solving problems using practical judgment and following written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical materials, reports, and regulations, and prepare professional documents.
• Proficient in basic math, including percentages, ratios, and graph interpretation.
• Familiarity with operating vehicles, heavy equipment, and power tools for mechanical tasks.
• Proficient with computer programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
