Construction Plumbing is seeking a full-time professional, friendly receptionist/office assistant to represent our team and serve as the point of contact for our customers.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Schedule service calls
- Respond to emails
- Basic data entry
- Collect and sort mail and incoming packages
- Support the president and office manager
Requirements for the ideal candidate include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
Knowledge of the construction industry a plus, but not a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.95 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
