We are seeking a COO/EVP for our bridge, railroad, marine and heavy civil construction group located in Nashville, TN.
This position is a succession hire intended to take over from the current president within the next few years, and it offers an equity opportunity. The role involves overseeing all construction operations for our multi-state, employee-owned operation. We are looking for someone with strong leadership, administrative, operations management, and team-building skills. The projects are mostly railroad bridge and marine projects typically range from $20M to $50M in size, all within the Midwest.
Ideally, we seek a senior executive with experience in overseeing civil construction operations with annual revenues of $100M or more, and a stable job history. However, we are also open to considering an up-and-comer who is ready to take their career to the next level. Local experience or networks are not necessary, so we are open to relocating someone from anywhere in the USA.
