Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced President of Construction to oversee profit and loss for our regional construction management and GC services in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of commercial and institutional construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, lead teams, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company and all related personnel.
- Supervise subcontractors and construction staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop project plans that include strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee sales and business development efforts to secure new contracts and expand the company’s portfolio.

Requirements
- Proven experience with a General Contractor or CM or D/B in a similar role or P&L capacity within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong strategic planning abilities to align projects with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
