POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Construction Project Executive based in Boston, MA, to lead our general contracting and design-build initiatives. This role will serve government agencies, power producers, and facility owners, managing high-profile projects in sectors including Aviation, Federal Government, Healthcare, Military, Mission Critical facilities, Power, and Water. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and a deep understanding of the construction industry's unique challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive Construction Experience:
Candidates must have managed large-scale construction projects valued at $50M or more in sectors such as Aviation, Federal Government, Healthcare, Military, Mission Critical facilities, Power, or Water.
Proven Professional Stability:
A consistent, stable employment history is essential.
Relocation or Local Residency:
Candidates must be willing to live in or relocate to Boston, MA.
Leadership Potential:
While we prefer candidates with a background as a Project Executive or Operations Manager, we are also open to an ambitious Senior Project Manager looking to advance their career.
