What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction VPO - Federal Government Contracting- DC position at Construction Project Management Services, Inc.?
We seek a Vice President of Construction to oversee our self-performing federal construction work on military and government agency projects, including air bases, power plants, fuel storage and distribution facilities, and specialized building projects such as embassies and military operations facilities. Projects range from $10M to $70M in size and are located throughout the Eastern USA.
The position can be located in DC or other major East Coast cities. There is some travel and hybrid work.
Candidates must have a stable job history working for self-performing general contractors on government projects with agencies and the Corps of Engineers.
Although we prefer officer-level experience, we will consider a senior project manager or up-and-comer ready to take their career to the next level.
