Overview
CRI is a fully independent third party design firm that consults on exterior building components for commercial properties. We design and manage exterior building restoration projects for the following building components: roofing, masonry, windows & doors, and below grade waterproofing.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Observer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring contractor activity for construction document compliance and quality assurance. This position prefers someone with engineering, construction, business or construction management courses/background. This position will offer onsite training.
