TITAN Formwork Systems, LLC is a shoring rental and sales company featuring the TITAN HV Shoring System. TITAN services clients and projects coast-to-coast by providing engineered layout drawings, equipment management services, on-site training and on-time delivery.
*This is a Part Time Role - Work Hours are 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday through Friday
Primary Responsibilities
- Supports Contract Administrator in:
- Ensuring proper filing and documentation on customer contracts, vendor agreements, subcontracts, insurance certificates, bonds, lease agreements, etc., in accordance with company policy.
- Comparing documents for discrepancies and notating for review.
- Assists in ensuring company insurance policies are correct on certificates for each job.
- Directly assists in supporting the paperwork and contractual needs of a select number of our sales team and the jobs they secure.
- Keep accurate notes on status of procurement of files for job in our online job database
- Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Note:

- Hybrid Schedule available after 90 days based upon performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience supporting similar key responsibilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) utilizing a variety of business software systems.
- Construction rental contract experience or equivalent experience.
