Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple remodeling, renovation and multifamily construction projects for our growing company. You will provide overall leadership for on-site field management and administration as it relates to the construction process in planning, coordination and execution of work on time and within budget. Position includes direct supervision of foreman, frontline, subcontractors and other construction related personnel in planning, coordination and execution of work on time along with direct coordination with clients, designers, 3rd party consultants, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Duties
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, compliance with safety regulations, and quality of work.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all parties understand their responsibilities.
- Develop project schedules and timelines, adjusting as necessary based on project needs.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Hands on construction experience within the remodeling, renovations and multifamily.
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and OSHA safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
