Job Captain - Architectural Firm

Due to their growth, they are now looking for a professional Job Captain to add to their team.The Job Captain will be running a new division and they will move up and grow with the firm quickly. This is a great opportunity for an interior architectural or junior architect with 5 years of experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Including but not limited to :

• Perform assignments directed by Principal Architect using CAD (computer-aided drafting) Revit, illustrator, and other adobe products.
• Prepare sketches to illustrate the vision of the design; draw plans for layout of both interior and exterior of commercial spaces; design the layout of spaces which includes : lighting, furniture, and accessories placement.
• Study site requirements to ensure proper compliance of building code.
• Visit the site to collect measurements as necessary so architectural designs can be completed accurately.
• Prepare Construction Documents. Assist Principal Architect in coordination of clients and consultants as needed.
