Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest experience and streamline processes.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional service while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the hotel premises.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that attract guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
