The Producing Team Lead is responsible for developing and managing a team of up to six (6) Insurance Agents. In this position, you will help the team by coaching, developing, and managing the team to meet or exceed its sales targets. The Team Lead will also be responsible for some personal production.
What you will do for Constructive:
- Manage team in all aspects of insurance sales production
- Solicit new business through leads provided by the company and through the team or self-generated leads
- Scout, recruit, and help train Insurance Agents to build a sales team
- Stay informed on trends and developments in the property and casualty insurance marketplace
- Perform additional duties as required
What you will bring to Constructive:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2 years of insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
- Insurance management experience preferred, but not required
