Program Coordinator Position
">We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team at Constructive Partnerships Unlimited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program development and implementation, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program plans that meet the unique needs of individuals receiving services.
- Supervise direct care personnel and shift supervisors in the area of programming.
- Chair and participate in annual, semi-annual, and special team conferences for individuals receiving services.
- Ensure integration of services with day programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related human services field.
- Minimum two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
- QIDP status.
- Knowledge of HCBS Waiver and IRA/ICF regulations.
- Ability to provide weekend coverage and work flexible hours as needed.
