We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer role and hold a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
This is an on-site position based out of our Farmington office, with occasional site visits required. Remote work is not permitted, except under special circumstances.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will :
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
- Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Track project budgets and assist with cost control measures.
- Participate in client and subcontractor meetings, providing updates on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
- Assist in preparing project reports and maintaining project documentation.
- Help manage the project closeout process, including punch lists and final documentation.
