About Pheasant Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation:

What You'll Do as a CNA:
As a Full-Time CNA at Pheasant Ridge, you'll play an essential role in our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient health
- Providing companionship and support to residents and their families
- Ensuring that the highest level of care is delivered in a safe, dignified, and respectful manner
This position follows a 12-hour Master Schedule with rotating weekends, giving you the chance to build strong relationships with residents and families. The schedule is designed to offer a healthy work-life balance while maintaining excellent standards of care.
What We're Looking for in You:
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- A valid CNA license in the State of Virginia
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in senior care
- Familiarity with basic healthcare software and documentation tools is a plus
