Day to day as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hilltop Manor, your daily responsibilities will focus on providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring each individual receives the personalized attention they deserve. Expect to engage with residents, fostering meaningful relationships that enhance their quality of life. You will monitor vital signs, document care, and aid in the implementation of individualized care plans.
Collaboration with nurses and other healthcare professionals is essential, as you play a key role in maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment. Your schedule will be from 3 PM to 11 PM, working four days on followed by two days off, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while making a lasting impact on the lives of those you care for.
