Your day to day as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a fulfilling and dynamic daily routine. Your day will involve assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. You will monitor residents' vital signs, report any changes to the nursing staff, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and safety. Your schedule will be structured across three shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, and 11 PM to 7 AM, allowing you to choose a time that best fits your lifestyle. Daily responsibilities may also include documenting care provided and interacting with residents and their families, promoting a sense of community and support.
