What's your day like?
As a new Infection Preventionist RN at Hilltop Manor, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience, focused on ensuring the highest standards of infection control. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular infection surveillance, analyzing data, and collaborating with nursing staff to develop effective prevention strategies. You will participate in staff training sessions, where you will educate colleagues on best practices and compliance with infection control protocols.
Daily assessments of our facility will be crucial, alongside maintaining open communication with healthcare practitioners to troubleshoot infection-related concerns. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with the expectation of participating in an on-call rotation to address any urgent staffing needs that may arise.
