Day to day as a Medical Records Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk - LPN
As a new Medical Records Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk - LPN at Pass Christian Health and Rehabilitation Center, you can expect a dynamic day filled with responsibilities that are pivotal to our operations. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a weekend on-call rotation to ensure comprehensive support for our residents. Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining patient medical records, updating information, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
You will also oversee the central supply inventory, coordinating orders and deliveries to maintain an efficient workflow. Collaborating closely with nursing and administrative staff, you will help facilitate seamless communication and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the Nurse and CNA scheduling.
