Are you excited about this Resident Assistant job?

As a PRN Resident Assistant at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, your day-to-day expectations will involve providing compassionate care and support to our residents. You will assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, ensuring each resident feels comfortable and valued. Engaging with residents in meaningful ways, you will also facilitate social interactions and recreational activities that promote well-being.

Your schedule will typically be Monday through Thursday, from 8 AM to 2 PM, allowing for consistency while also accommodating the dynamic needs of our community. Be prepared to adapt to various situations, collaborating closely with nursing staff and other team members to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
