A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE - RN, AT CONSULATE HEALTH CARE!
In your capacity as a Skilled Nursing Facility, Registered Nurse - RN CNA Instructor you will assume a crucial role in overseeing instruction and certification in the Certified Nurse Assistant Training program; primary responsibility includes planning, teaching and evaluating course participants in the classroom and clinical skills performance, leading to successful completion of the program. Your responsibilities include training and supervising a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility protocols, and coordinating personalized care for residents in collaboration with other staff members. As an RN, you will manage certified nursing assistants, handling tasks such as determining work assignments, Beyond administrative duties, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while embodying our core values. Your role extends to implementing innovative ideas and fostering continuous improvement in systems and processes specific to skilled nursing facilities care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in skilled nursing / rehabilitation facilities is preferred but not required. We also hire new nursing school graduates.
WORK SCHEDULE
Typical Shifts are 8am-5pm or 7am-7pm
